Driven by winemakers motivated to move their operations closer to where they live and socialize, Portland has nearly a dozen urban wineries. Southeast Wine Collective is an urban winery, providing custom crush wine production and related services to several artisanal wine producers, as well as a full-service wine bar and events space. The tasting bar features tastes, glass pours and carafes from collective member wineries and guest pours, as well as cheese, charcuterie and light snacks that pair perfectly with wines in the collective tasting flight.

ワイン生産者達が「自分達の生活圏の近くでワインづくりをしたい」と、街なかにワイナリーを作り始めました。ポートランドにはそんな「アーバンワイナリー」が12軒あります。SEワインコレクティブはそんなワイナリーのひとつ。ワインバーではチーズ、シャルキュトリーなどの軽食と共にワインテイスティングができます。
